The Mikro 70cc kid’s quad bike is our top selling kids quad and represents excellent value for money.

Safety is paramount, reliability is excellent and a full range of spare parts are available off the shelf at all times. The great benefit of the Orion Mikro quad is a fully automatic gearbox which features the proven ‘rev & go’ system which is very easy for children to use.

This quad features and easily adjustable speed limiter with a variable top speed of approx. 12 - 30mph. The speed limiter is mounted on the handlebar and can be adjusted in a few seconds with a simple tool.

The quad is also fitted with a very low noise, high quality four stroke engine (just like a car) so no messy oil mixing is required!

Unlike some other makes, the VRX70 has both front and rear suspension for better cornering and a more comfortable ride. The front and rear brakes are operated by easily accessible levers on the handlebar so there is no complicated foot brake to worry about.

Unless selecting the 'Assembly & PDI' option, this product will be supplied in boxed (basic kit form) for home assembly.

Depending on work rate, the assembly will generally take 1-2 hours. All of the more difficult parts such as the engine installment and electrics are already pre-assembled at the factory. The basic assembly required is comprised of the larger items such as the front wheel, handlebars and front shock absorber.

Whilst generally described as basic assembly, for safety purposes we strongly recommend that the assembly and pre ride safety testing (also known as PDI) is carried out by an experienced mechanic / technician that is competent to work on motorcycles and carry out basic adjustments if needed. For example - carburetor set up and adjustment.

You will find cheaper quads and bikes on the internet but for the sake of a few pounds is it really worth risking putting the kids on a cheaper bike that's not been properly tested from someone just wanting a quick sale?? We recently bought the 70cc Mikro quad for our 5 year old son from Quads4Kids, ready built and ready to go straight out of the box....fully tested by the Quads4Kids tram and it's still going strong after 8 months of thrashing around fields and tracks without any issues at all, an excellent quality wee quad, solid in construction and boasting electric start, rear disc brakes and safety cut out wrist cord and with the proper maintenance should give the kids a few years of fun before moving up to the mid size 110cc or larger framed 120cc, in my opinion as good as any of the big brand names. We are just about to take delivery from Quads4Kids, a 60cc RXF, which according to them is an awesome wee kids bike, if it's half as good as the 70cc Mikro we will be delighted.
